Two Miramars: East and West
Miramar is really two cities in one. The east side, closer to the turnpike, is where Miramar started: about three in ten homes in the city were built between the 1950s and the 1970s. The west side came later and fast. The 2000s were the busiest decade Miramar ever had: a third of all its homes went up in those ten years.
